A. Applicants

BJ Flexpartners interacts with a large number of applicants. To process an application, BJ Flexpartners processes personal data. On the BJ Flexpartners website, open positions with various partners are visible. Applicants can also send unsolicited applications, allowing BJ Flexpartners to assist in finding a suitable job. To apply on the website, BJ Flexpartners requests the following information:

A. Applicants

BJ Flexpartners retains your data related to the application process. For registered temporary workers, data is retained as long as they wish to be matched for assignments, but no longer than necessary. With the worker's consent, BJ Flexpartners retains data for two years if no assignment has been given. Identity documents are generally not stored for unassigned workers; if they are, they will not be retained longer than necessary, with a maximum of four weeks.

B. Contact

BJ Flexpartners retains your data if you have contacted BJ Flexpartners and a project has resulted. Data is retained no longer than necessary, respecting legal retention periods.

C. Website Visits and Improving the Website

Data collected through Google Analytics is anonymous and may be retained indefinitely.

D. Active Temporary Workers

For temporary workers who are no longer active, BJ Flexpartners retains personal data for up to two years after the last day of work. However, certain data may need to be retained longer due to minimum legal retention requirements:

  • Tax-related administration: 7 years (Article 52 General Tax Act).
  • Employment records: At least 5 years after the calendar year in which the employment ended (Implementation Regulation Wage Tax 2011).
  • Financial administration: 7 years (Article 2:10 Civil Code).

BJ Flexpartners ensures that personal data is not stored longer than necessary. Administrative and financial data is generally retained for 7 years, while other data is retained for 5 years, unless the agreement requires a longer retention period.

12. Recipients of Personal Data

BJ Flexpartners may exchange and combine your data within BJ Flexpartners and affiliated companies.

For processing personal data, BJ Flexpartners uses third parties who may have access to your data. BJ Flexpartners establishes agreements with these processors regarding the instructions and security standards they must adhere to. These agreements are documented in processing agreements.

BJ Flexpartners will not transfer data to countries outside the EU unless legally required to do so or based on a court order.
